Mr. Hans has been a labor and employment lawyer since 1979, is chairman of the Queens County Bar Association Employment/Labor Committee, a former Court TV reporter for the Cochrane and Co. Show, Counsel to the Queens Botanical Gardens and Chamber Orchestra of NY and has represented clients in cases related to the Americans with Disabilities Act including the prosecution of these cases in the United States District Court.
