StutterTalk thanks the Digital Media Law Project at Harvard’s Berkman Center for Internet & Society, for connecting us with pro bono legal counsel through the Online Media Legal Network.

The StutterTalk Advisory Council. Our advisers volunteer their time to advise StutterTalk on a wide range of issues including ethics in reporting, research, journalistic standards, treatment, social media, self help, professional issues and much more.

Jordon Smith

Jordon Smith is 31 years old, is a person who stutters, and lives and works in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Jordon has a degree from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design and has been working as a graphic designer for over 6 years. Jordan has designed the StutterTalk logo,the StutterTalk B Team logo, our website header and co-designed our book cover. Thanks Jordon!

Mike Bauer

Mike Bauer is a person who stutters originally from Pittsburgh, PA and currently resides in Orlando, FL.  Mike has been married for 9 1/2 years  and has three kids. Mr. Bauer has worked in television production for the past 18 years in Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Atlanta, and Orlando and has been a member of the National Stuttering Association (NSA) since 2006.  Mike is Co-Chapter Leader of the Orlando NSA Support Group and is currently in school at the University of Central Florida studying to become a Speech-Language Pathologist. In 2012, Mike began editing StutterTalk videos and will be recording, producing and editing more video for us in the future.
